How to Measure for the Perfect ZUN RAYS Sleeve Fit

Find your fit. Feel the freedom.

At ZUN RAYS, we designed our innovative sleeves with pockets to move with you—snug, secure, and never restrictive. Whether you're heading to the gym, on a hike, or simply going about your day hands-free, getting the right size is key to comfort and confidence.

Here's everything you need to know about how to take your arm measurements to find your best fit.

Quick Fit Guide:

Our sleeves come in sizes XS to 2XL and are made from a forgiving, stretchy fabric. They’re meant to fit snug—but not tight—like a hug, not a squeeze. Think “just right,” not “compression sleeve.”

Where to Measure:

  1. Start at the Top of Your Bicep:

  2. Find the natural indentation where your shoulder meets your bicep. This is just a bit below the shoulder cap.

  3. Wrap a soft measuring tape around your upper arm at this point. Make sure the tape is snug but not tight, and your arm is relaxed at your side.

  4. Note the Measurement in Inches:

  5. Compare it to our size chart below.

ZUN RAYS Sleeve Size Chart:

Size

Upper Arm Circumference (inches)

XS

Under 10.25

S

10.25 – 11

M

11 – 11.75

L

11.75 – 12.5

XL

12.5 – 13.25

2XL

13.25 – 14.25

Pro Tip:

If your measurement is right on the line between sizes (for example, 11.75”), we recommend sizing up to the next sleeve size. Our material is stretchy and forgiving, and the fit should still feel just right.

Design Note:

Each sleeve features:

A gripper top band to hold your sleeve in place

A reinforced Velcro strap for added support when carrying items in the pocket

Lightweight, breathable, stretchy fabric to move with you

Final Fit Tip:

You should be able to slide on your ZUN RAYS sleeve without struggle. It should stay up without sliding, and you should feel secure but not squeezed. That “just right” fit ensures your essentials stay safe in the pocket without bounce or bulk.
